As we age, balance naturally declines, but this doesn’t mean we have to sacrifice our independence or quality of life. The body undergoes numerous changes over time, with balance being one of the areas most affected. Maintaining balance, which is essential for mobility and daily tasks, becomes more challenging, increasing the risk of falls and injuries. However, regular exercise can help older adults preserve and even enhance their balance, minimizing fall risks and improving overall function.

During this FREE session, exercises will be demonstrated to help you stay steady on your feet.
